The Role
A really enjoyable 6 weeks, worked on a variety of different clients within my sector, gaining a firm grasp of how different companies operate.
Felt in general I contributed towards the audit work. My teams gave me a range of different parts of the audit file to complete so I was not always stuck doing the same thing
Lots of support and guidance from both managers and general staff.
I had the perfect amount of workload, was never bored and there was always work to do once I had completed what i was doing.
Was given a lot of responsibility to complete parts of the audit process. Felt i was a valued part of the team.
I now have a better understanding of the business world. The skills I have learnt will assist me in future modules in my degree such as audit and accountability and advanced financial accounting.
The Company
Friendly and helpful staff who made me feel at home.
Very well organised, with a clear structure.
We were given computer and a week of training so could really made a difference when working out at clients.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing as you get the opportunity to do a secondment in other countries as well as training for your ACA qualification

Good nightlife. Lots of bars and clubs in the centre.
Took part in football tournament in Southampton and helped in a couple of commercial responsibility days where we made a nature garden for a school
