The Role
Manageable work load, was good fun
Everyone helped you settle into the team, but at the end of the day you are just an intern
Lots of support from various team members
My manager moved offices over the Olympics, that he was sending work through while also getting work from other team members, that I was really busy for a week or so, however if you just speak to someone you can get deadlines extended
Internship - what do you expect?
Improved my office experience, IT skills, team interaction and knowledge of the investment consulting world
The Company
Really relaxed, but also work focussed. Everyone was really approachable
Well structured, very organised with training and team allotment
Several training sessions with the grads weekly on various investment areas
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very good, most of us got offered jobs
The Culture
Lots of office banter,but most of the grads didn't seem to go clubbing
London - you know its going to be expensive!

Yep, consultancy so lots of after work actives on going such as go karting, pub quizs, cricket (weekly) etc.
