The Role
It falls in the middle. It was split; I loved my first rotation and the people were great, the second, was a polar opposite.
Again, the same anwer above pertains.
Same thing again. One team offered a lot of help and the other team I did not really have a clear boss so everyone under the sun gave it a go...
I was never bored but I work in a bank so naturally you should be busy and work hard.
Qualifications obviously hold you back at this level but I did a lot more than what I thought I wopuld have been allowed to do.
Degree studies no, I kind of feel my degree is a waste of time eventhough it stays withing the top 3-5 Universities. The skills I learned will certainly help in the professional world and that is what actually matters.
The Company
Again split. Friendly and helpful in one and cold and confusing in the other.
It was organised well for the size and moving parts if you take the overall picture into consideration.
I certainly did not come cheap to the company.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
We were bought so no offers were made.
The Culture
I wasn't here for this, that being said, I am certain it existed.
Very expensive... Central London
It was okay if you looked for it like every major city in the world.
Again, worked in a bank. After a long day what kind of activities would I be looking for short of sleeping so I could keep up the next day?
