  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • At the beginning there was a 5 day training programme which was very helpfull as I knew what to expect when I started. I was also given constant feedback on my performance along with regular reviews. This was very benefical as it ensured that I was continually improving my performance.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • There were some days when I was very busy and had to efficiently prioritise my workload, and there were other days where I wasn't as busy which allowed me to concentrate on work that wasn't need ASAP. It gave me the opportunity to see what it was like during both and busy time periods.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given the right amount of responsbility for someone of my experience within the company. I was given a significant amount of responsbility that allowed me to feel asthough I was making a significant contribution towards the business.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The experience has shown me that it is a career that I want to persue and has made me determined to do so. It has also given the work drive that I will need for my final year of University. The experience has also given me skills that I would only have learned within this working environment. I believe that it has given me the confidence to know I can succeed.
