The Role
Loved my time there
Everyone from MDs to analysts are friends and want to help you
you could ask any question without them being condescending
as with most trading internship you are limited to excel but some MDs tell you not to number crunch but spend your whole time shadowing
Din't get much by way of work or did anything that could ad real tangible value
because they were more experience focused you learn a lot, more than doing any excel
The Company
Everyone was smiling and happy all the time
not much structure other than traing and a trading game
Not too sure about the investment amount but the employee did heavily invest their time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
we'll see
The Culture
