The Role
It was a challenge at times, but an amazing way to learn by experience. Furthermore, I got a very high amount of exposure and was supported with any additional things I felt would be useful for my professional development.
The vast majority I worked with were extremely helpful and did not treat me like I was "just" an intern. Both of my managers spent a lot of time with me and I got a very warm welcome from all of the colleagues around me.
It was a fantastic balance between giving me the support I needed and letting me do things on my own in order to get enough on the job learning opportunities.
extremely busy, but I also tried to get as much experience as possible
I was given full ownership for everything I did and was allowed to do things that my manager would have normally done. Furthermore, I got to speak to extremely senior managers in the organization.
Very useful skills, e.g. working in a virtual environment, adapting communication to different circumstances
The Company
Everyone in my office was really great and I enjoyed coming to work every day. Of course, there were also times where everyone was exceptionally busy and days where I would work on excel a lot. This is part of the job though and overall I had fantastic colleagues.
Generally, it was very well organized. There were a few aspects that could have been thought through a little better.
My managers supported me in any opportunity I saw and made sure I was able to learn about the things I was curious about.

Company Parties/Events
If they offer me a job I will definitely take it. It's a great place to kick-start your career, as the company really invests in you.
The Culture
All of the interns were great and I got along really well with them.
London is quite expensive, but we earned enough money to afford it.
There are a lot of bars with great opportunities to network.
We got one day off to volunteer.
