The Role
Very enjoyable
Very much so I was trusted with a lot of work from early on in m placement
Regular catch ups with a senior manager in addition to having a buddy in my team who I talked to on a daily basis
Could always find work to do, I came during a period which wasn't the busiest with holidays etc but still had plenty of work to do
Especially the importance of organisation and keeping note of things.
The Company
Very fun especially with the graduates
Very much so I was given opportunities to go onto client meetings and use very specialist and expensive programmes and information.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
It could of been better. There are not a huge amount of graduates in the office and a lot of the staff had families etc so would dash off after work, however the way the company seems to be going there will be a lot more graduates in the future which will add to the social scene.
