The Role
Very much so, out of most of my University friends on placement, I was one of the very few that actually enjoyed my placement.
Very valued, Accenture have an extremely good performance management process for interns and staff were extremely nice
Support and guidance was given daily not only by management and supervisor but also other team members and senior management.
Varied depending on the project I was on but always had things to get on with
Surprised at how much responsibility I was given from the start, was given great opportunties
The training/skills I have received have focused me even more on graduating at university, it has given me more confidence and to push myself beyond the set standards
The Company
Was always a good atmosphere in the office, even when working from the client site
Very well organised
Lots of opportunities, extra training and development throughout my placement

They have an offer system after an intern finishes their placement, whereby if we perform well we will be made an offer for a graduate role
The Culture
A variety of events with interns/students and colleagues, lots of stuff to get involved with!
Lived at home so very cheap!
Lots of places around the home office, but varied on client sites.
Quite a lot of opportunities, from sport to wine tasting. Also we are given 3 charity days a year so even more to get involved in.
