The Role
It was pretty much a week of just assessment centre work
None were around, it was a first year scheme
Lots of feedback on Mon - Wed, and then assessments made on Thursday and Friday
9 - 5 work was planned, but it wasn't intense
Nope, but none was expected, it was a first year scheme!
Lots of practise at assessment centres, has helped me get internships elsewhere. If you have no idea what you want to do careerwise, or what even companys do (like I did) then get on this scheme!
The Company
Relaxed, we were staying ina conference centre
Very, every detail was planned
Yes! All this assessment centre practise will be so handy

Got offered a job, I think pretty much everyone did, but some were in departments people didn't want
The Culture
Planned entertainment in the evening
They paid for everything
Conference centre, no parties :(
