In my position, I am in charge of constantly feeding them new information and market update.
Clear structured programme, good support by supervisiors
Daily routine in the morning sending out reports and updates, work on projects in the afternoon
Real proper responsibilities, also be proactive in helping out (especially covering for colleagues on holidays)
Technical skills/knowledge in the energy market, soft skills in working within a team and different people

Very structure programme with clear chance of moving into Graduate programme
Attended numerous trainings (presentation/communication), good support from line managers and Graduate team.

Accomodation is provided for summer placement students, good social life after work
Free accomodation as I said, and pretty low cost of socialising in the area
Not London, but not too shabby, and you can get to London in 30 mins by train.
