The Role
It was a good experience to be networking with the professionals and also experiencing the work but there could be more of this
The interaction was mainly with group-mates whom I worked with for several projects but there wasn't much interaction with the actual staff
There should be more opportunities for job shadowing because most interns are really interested in getting first-hand knowledge of the job
The work load was manageable. We were given tasks which were mostly completed during the day
Nothing much of real responsibility
Some sessions (e.g. application process and how to succeed in the assessment centre) conducted were useful but others (e.g. environmental sustainability) were less so
The Company
The interaction with the group-mates were good!
It will be really good if there is a fast-track programme for all the departments!
There were some useful skill sessions
Company Parties/Events
Well, it depends on how I fare for the next application process!
The Culture
The parties organised were good. For instance, we had the chance to have a gathering at the rooftop facing the City!
It was alright
There were good pubs and bars near the office at Canary Wharf
Nothing much, it was mainly amongst the students themselves
