The Role
There have been days where I've really hated it but looking back at the internship now it really has been the best placement I could have done.
The people in your branch you work so closely with really do become like family.
My managers in my branch always gave me fantastic support - couldn't have asked for better branch managers in both my branches. Management above branch manager level don't offer as much support as I felt they should have done.
Each day flys by because you are so busy - some days were too busy though and you would find yourself working 12/13 hour days.
Running the office!
All skills that will help you in any job after Enterprise as running the branch is just like owning your own business.
The Company
Atmosphere was always really good - you are working with people who are also your friends. Some days though can get really stressful when we're all tired from working overtime or having bad days with sales.
From start to finish the placement is fantastically run. Interviews at the start well organised and professional. Training week and training days are really good fun and a real benefit! They don't forget about you after your first week.
Company Parties/Events
Would definately want to come back after University to advance with promotions in the company. It just gets better as promotion level goes up.
The Culture
My branch use to go out all the time. It was just organised by us and we would either go for dinner or go out at the weekends.
Lived at home.
Not really.
