The Role
Everyone at Enterprise is really friendly and take the time to help you out with things you need to know. There is a great deal of autonomy for an internship programme which made me feel as a valuable part of a team.
I made very good friends during my placement and it made working fun and made the day go by very quickly.
Almost everybody at the branch was willing to take there time to help me with completing my managment development folder, which I really appreciated
Days are varied throughout the week, there are times when you have no time to think and times when you have nothing to do. However, it did not dissatisfy me with my placement.
We are treated as one of the team so for that reason we were expected to make the right decision regarding customer service. I enjoyed having responsibility on my placement.
The interview selection and training process was very extensive and would hold anyone in good stead in the pursuit of any job in future. We were able to meet and done with head managers in the group during traing week which was very enjoyable and insightful.
The Company
I loved the atmosphere at the office, everyone got along and we had a laugh everyday.
We were given a project and a managment folder to complete over placement. The project was fun however on my particullar placement at the airport I was unable to complete certain aspects, but managment have said they will review this issue for future interns.
Enterprise invested a lot of time and money to train us in our job and I am very appreciative of that. I would recoment the internship to everyone because they actually care about each and every individual who works here.

Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I was very pleased to be kept on part time at Enterprise as I work on at University, I am also being given additional responsibility as campus brand manager for Enterprise at my University.
The Culture
We have had one or two nights out, and each one was amazing. I would have liked to have had a few more but our work schedules often clashed and wouldn't allow for it.
At the airport there wasn't much selection of places to go to eat, however tesco was more than sufficient for me.
As I live in Glasgow, the nightlife is always great.
Our shifts as interns at work work great and allowed for plenty time to socialise and do other things outside of work either after a shift or on our days off.
