The Role
Working with Enterprise has been very enjoyable. The colleagues I had worked with have been very supporting and friendly.
Everybody at the branch has been very supportive in achieving my targets and to be the best I possibly can be. I felt valued by the managers as my work and sales helped with the branch in achieving their targets.
I was given fair support from managers, however the support I have recieved from other members of staff such as the MT's and supervisors has been fantastic. They helped me with any issue I had and supported me with everything.
At times the branch could get quite busy, however being organised and well supported, the day runs smoothly.
I was given great amounts of responsibility. Making my own decisions and actions were very common on a daily basis.
The experience I have gained in a space of 3 months has been exceptional. I have learnt to work under preasure, make my own decisions and various managerial skills. This experiecne will most definatley support me for the remainder of my university year and support me to progress further in my career.
