The Role
Everyday was a new challenge and something to look forward to.
All my colleagues were welcoming and made me feel a part of the team
Support and guidance was always available
With workload and intern projects running there was always something to do.
I found myself doing the same work as some of my colleagues which gives a sense of self worth
These skills are priceless and will help me forever
The Company
There was a balance of work and play
Some things took a while to get, such as login information for company sites... Overall all was good
The academy scheme means there is a lot of investment going on, which is great
Subsidised Canteen
Being on the academy scheme puts me in a great position to get a job, but everything has to be worked for.
The Culture
Coming from sixth form/colleges we all started on the same wavelength which was a good thing.
As expected in the city things are abit more expensive, so a balance is needed as well as money management.
With bars around, nightlife can be good with the right crowd
There were a bit difficult to find
