The Role
i loved every second of my internship and even though at times it was a challenge i couldnt recomened enterprise enough.
the team work and spirit is one of the things i enjoyed most about my time at enterprise both at my branch and with the wider support network of head office and surrounding branches.
i was helped through every step of the graduate training programme by all levels of management, this was really encouraging and taught me everything i needed to know
at risk of sounding cliche, no day at enterprise is ever the same, time flew by with everyday being 6 oclock before you knew it!
i applied for the internship at enterprise because it sounded like you were given a lot of responsibility, i wasnt let down and i was running the office, managing staff and logistics within my first 4 months with the company
my placement has helped with every aspect of my degree and i am looking forward to taking these skills back to university for my final year, specifically time and self management.
The Company
the balance between fun and hard work in my office was brilliant and the fun we had encouraged us to work better together
there is a large support network on hand to offer guidance on any problems you may be having and the training you recieve is brilliant
a lot of time is invested in making sure you are getting the most from your placement
Flexi Time

The Culture

i lived at home throughout my internship which helped with costs.
