The Role
Great People, very interesting job.
Really good people, but of course, you're the intern.
Good support, buddies, mentors and always available to talk.
It depended a lot on the day. Sometimes few work, sometimes too much, generally balanced.
Responsibility on single tasks, no large responsibilities though (I suppose it is natural)
A lot to learn!
The Company
Serious when necessary, but loads of laughts and confortable context.
Very Good. A few more social events would've been great.
One whole week of training with specialists, on the job training and teach-ins with several product specialists. Also regular conferences to know other divisions.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Between 50/75% take-up.
The Culture
Good relationships with all other interns and colleagues. Drinks with team once in a while.
City of London is what it is...
Didn't really go out around the office, but don't think there's much activity at night.
Average. Some events, some drinks, not loads.
