The Role
I really enjoyed the exposure and the responsibilities that I was given at Macquarie.
I felt like my colleagues really appreciated my hardwork and commitment on the desk.
My buddy and manager were always ready to help and to answer any questions that I had.
I was really busy everyday, working on live transactions.
Macquarie is great at giving responsibilities to their interns, and trust you as long as you can do the job.
I am really pleased with the set of skills that I have developed over such a short period of time. It was a steep learning curve, and really enjoyed the challenge. The skills will definitely help in my studies and for my future career.
The Company
The people at Macquarie are really fun, and they make the workplace a really pleasant atmosphere.
The internship was really well organised and we were kept really busy all the time with both work and social events.
We had a loads of training and speaker series on different areas of the bank.

I had a really positive feedback from my manager, but waiting to hear from HR whether I will be extended an offer.
