The Role
It was a great programme that taught me so much.
The company really care about you as a person and as such invest in your personal development rather than using this as a marketing exercise for the firm as others do...
I took more away from this 3 days in than I did my whole of my High School education in terms of learning about working in teams, getting the best out of people and being a great leader.
A full schedule that was work intense but also very fun. Evening events were lively and entertaining and the food was great!
We engaged in lots of group works and were given the chance to lead on numerous occasions
My decision to attend the Academy was undoubtedly one of the best I have ever made.
The Company
Everybody from Ernst & Young was fun, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in talking to you and helping you.
We had time to ourselves when we needed it but had lots to do when we were working.
Was totally focused on my personal development
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Through the Academy I have since been accepted onto the Summer Internship Programme
The Culture
Everyone gelled really quickly and made some great friends despite being there only 3 days
Ernst & Young covered everything during the Academy, from travel expenses to food and even extra nights in the hotel if it was needed.
The Leadership Academy Karaoke Night is legendary!
