The Role
Much better than I thought it would be, I truly learnt a lot and enjoyed myself immensely!
Even the managers at Ernst & Young were incredibly approachable and I'm still in contact with the manager designated to me!
The feedback given of my leadership ability was incredibly illuminating and thorough
Very busy during the day (early mornings) with enough relaxation time in the evenings.
We were often in charge of our own presentations.
There was a whole day for learning to apply the leadership skills we have learnt into real life scenarios
The Company
Brilliant, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there!
There was never any scheduling problems and we never ran late.
They have invested a lot into us
As a result of attending the Leadership Academy, you get fast tracked to the final Assessment Centre where i managed to secure an internship!
The Culture
Everyone was very social and happy!
The whole event was paid for, they even cover travel expenses.
The hotel we stayed in was very nice and has a brilliant karaoke room
There were various opportunities which were well documented.
