The Role
It was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone
Everyone was really welcoming and helpful!
My champion was brilliant, always around to help out even though she was really busy with work.
Audit I had loads of work but the tax part of my rotation there wasn't much to do as it is their quiet part of the year.
Varied from having a large amount to just shadowing people in meetings
A huge amount; presentations made help give me confidence, I've also found a career I want to pursue in the future after uni. You also gain so much experience that you will have almost too many examples in future interviews.
The Company
A good laugh at the right times. There are times when you need to get down and do some work but there are always parts of the time just to breathe and talk to your colleagues.
Audit was organised brilliantly but tax needed a bit more structure
Went to Birmingham for an induction for three days, army team bulding and lots of workshops to help get you ready.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Final interview took place yesterday and will find out the result tomorrow morning. If you prepare well for your interview and perform over you time here, they say a job offer is likely.
The Culture
Went out for various lunches and dinners, bowling and the occasional drinks after work
Average, not really applicable to me as I lived at home for the duration
Live in the next city so actually socialised more there, however bars are good for after work drinks
Took part in a football tournament and various other activities.
