  • Quality place to work full of quality people.

  • Not just a small fish in a big pond, rather vice versa. I sat next to the European Head,so obviously a lot to get right!

  • Never asked the same question twice, only asked relevant, interesting questions, but always got an answer

  • Quiet markets mean quieter days

  • Went to numerous client meetings, had more responsibility than most other analysts

  • Went from zero to hero in terms of technical knowledge - take you at all levels but by the end you are all fairly level-pegging
