The Role
Quality place to work full of quality people.
Not just a small fish in a big pond, rather vice versa. I sat next to the European Head,so obviously a lot to get right!
Never asked the same question twice, only asked relevant, interesting questions, but always got an answer
Quiet markets mean quieter days
Went to numerous client meetings, had more responsibility than most other analysts
Went from zero to hero in terms of technical knowledge - take you at all levels but by the end you are all fairly level-pegging
The Company
Top atmosphere - good mixture of hard work and stress and banter
Excellent interview process followed by thoughtful, interesting events that don't waste your time
Next to nothing
Company Parties/Events
Average to good
The Culture
Social scene was OK, but nothing spectacular
If you know where to go not too bad, but on the whole quite expensive
Did not really experience huge amounts of nightlife, but OK I guess
Towards the beginning yes, towards the end, no
