The Role
Very enjoyable and fun, with a lot of attention being paid to developing our potentials.
I met a lot of good friends and still keep in touch, everyone was encouraging and supportive of each other.
Massive guidance provided prior to, during and after the leadership academy, with facilitators and mentors very willing to answer questions.
A packed schedule but with very sufficient rest time, in a conducive environment. Most of the activities were very enjoyable anyway.
A good balance it was ensured that there would be no one-man shows, everyone was given equal opportunities to speak and to lead.
Practical and professional advice, with an abundance of resources for reference.
The Company
Great environment, with lots of entertainment available.
Detailed briefings provided.
The programme was very focused on our personal development and our aspirations.
Flexi Time
Company Car
International Travel
Very appealing.
The Culture
A very people friendly firm.
Good balance.
Not applicable
From what I heard from interns and employees, there were a lot of activities to be involved in.
