The Role
The EY Leadership academy was great fun and I recommend it to all!
Great bunch of people;very friendly.
Facilitators were excellent, well prepared and knowlegeable.
Always something to do.
Good opportunity to practice leadership skills in a non-threatening environment.
Fantastic Insights.
The Company
It was a hotel, and a very nice one at that. Facilitiators were always around and willing to chat or provide advice.
Excellent, everything perfectly planned. They kept to a tight schedule to make sure we packed everything in to a small amount of time. It was very intense but very rewarding. They were very keen for us to also have downtime in the evening though.
The firm really takes care of its people! They provide lots of relevant training and personal development courses for their emplyees.
We were given a talk at the end of the academy where they told us about the wealth of opportunities at the firm and how to apply.
The Culture
EY organised socials every night and got everyone together.
