  • The EY Leadership academy was great fun and I recommend it to all!

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was a hotel, and a very nice one at that. Facilitiators were always around and willing to chat or provide advice.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Excellent, everything perfectly planned. They kept to a tight schedule to make sure we packed everything in to a small amount of time. It was very intense but very rewarding. They were very keen for us to also have downtime in the evening though.

  • The firm really takes care of its people! They provide lots of relevant training and personal development courses for their emplyees.

  • We were given a talk at the end of the academy where they told us about the wealth of opportunities at the firm and how to apply.

  • EY organised socials every night and got everyone together.
