The Role
The placement was a fantastic experience. There is a lot of focus on development which means I am returning to university with a new and improved set of skills.
The team I worked within were a great group of people. They were willing to stop and provide support at any time without hesitation and never judged when I felt I was asking simple questions.
My supervisor was always there to give me help and meet my development needs. Even now my placement has finished, the management team is still willing to provide me with support.
I was always occupied with things to do. I had my own objectives that meant I could manage my own time but I was always provided with new things to do when I asked.
I felt like I had just the right amount of responsibility however there was always a team ready to provide me with support if needed.
I have learnt so much about myself more than I used my degree knowledge. The training and skill development meant that I have new skills that i will use in my final year. I also feel like I have matured and improved my confidence.
The Company
Even though the work was always completed on time, the team were extremely fun and very relaxed.
There was a clear outline of the documents that needed to be completed during the placement and a clear set of contacts.
There was development provided however I wish that there would have been more access to training such as excel training. However the purpose of the placement, I found, is for personal development so the training provided was good.

The Culture
The group of placement students often had social events outside of work.
It wasn't too expensive and plenty of choice!
