The Role
Amazing experience! Managed to receive training to improve my skills and also social events. Ernst & Young made it a priority for us to have a good time and they treated us extremely well.
I managed to get along vey well with the other participants, which made socialising very easy. Everyone at the event were all like minded so there was never a dull moment.
Amazing exposure to management. There was a talk given by a Partner and we had dinner with various managers. The best part of the experience was to be guided by a faciliator, he became a mentor and we have kept in contact.
There was always something to do. During the day, there were training events and afterwards there were social events planned. You were not forced to go to socials so you had freedom to do what you wanted
N/A
Everything at the Leadership Academy was geared towards developing you as a future leader. Teaching many key skills that will be vital whereever you worked in the future.
The Company
Everyone wanted to learn and cooperated within every activity. With the supportive environment, developing new skills were made interesting.
Everything was well organised, with the welcome gift to the running of the events. Everything was on time and planned with high precision.
They invest huge amounts of money on training you. There was no pushing to join Ernst & Young, the main aim was to give us leadership experience whilst learning about what the firm does.

Company Parties/Events
You are fast-tracked onto an assessment centre. I received my offer before applications fully opened.
The Culture
Excellent community. I miss people from the Academy, we had loads of fun.
N/A everything was covered by the firm.
N/A we were in a hotel in the countrysider but there were events held in the hotel.
Every night there would be an event to get to know each other and allow us to relax after working so hard in the day.
