The Role
Very enjoyable, perfectly planned and met amazing people.
The supervisors really helped us to feel at home and colleagues were all like minded, friendly individuals.
Supervisors helped us whenever we needed and provided ample support throughout the four days to make us feel comfortable.
Packed day from morning to evening with lots of activities, flexible in the evenings though.
Not really anything to have responsibility for, it was an academy.
Taught by top Professors from Ashridge University, learnt a lot.
The Company
Very good atmosphere throughout, very relaxed yet serious when required.
Organised well, told about the agenda before hand.
Stayed in a nice business hotel with free Wi Fi! Good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Fast tracked to the Assessment centre which can get you a Summer Internship/Graduate Job.
The Culture
Every evening there were partner dinners planned a fun activity with everyone.
Everything was provided for free!
In a remote hotel so cannot travel to clubs, although had a karaoke room.
Organised fun and work.
