The Role
It was an enjoyable experience and a first step into the working world.
I feel like a valued part of the team.
My line manager was excellent, always willing to support and guide me when I needed help.
I always has tasks to get on with and was never bored at work.
I was given a large amount of responsibility at the beginning however the team expanded that responsibility was passed on to others.
Unfortunately it seems that was you learn and university has little transferability into the work place.
The Company
The atmosphere was always bubbly in the office.
There were very few hick ups if any.
I did some forms of training however time was limited.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing, there are lots of benefits.
The Culture
The social scene was good however I wasn’t able to attend as I had prior engagements.
It was in London so we were given a London Allowance.
Well it was London Nightlife....
There was a bike ride that I could have got involved in.
