The Role
It was very enjoyable and i learnt lots of interesting and relevent knowledge.
I formed a very good working relationship with my colleagues and feel that they trust me to carry out tasks properly.
My supervisors and line manages were always willing to answer questions and provide me with guidence when needed.
Due to the olympic embargo we were not as busy towards the end of my placement.
My supervisors and colleagues trusted em to perform tasks.
i feel that i have learnt lots of knowledge will assist with my degree enxt year. I have had on site experience which as helped to improve my health and safety knowledge and has helped me to understand the reponsabilities of different members within the team.
The Company
Everyone in the office was friendly and up for having a laugh. Everyone was also caring.
The inital details of the placement were released quite late on, but the unuction day was very well set up and support was always available from HR.
My company paid for my health and safety test and CSCS card and i went on a LUCAS training course.
I would definitely work for this company again.
The Culture
there were other placement students at my project who i got on well with. Additionally we spoke to other members of the graduate programme who were on different projects in London.
Being in central London meant that everything was expensive.
Central London has a wide range of nightclubs.
I ave spent time out of work socialising with my colleagues.
