The Role
I really enjoyed it! It was amazing to be around so many smart people :) PwC organized the event very well. Hectic, but truly enjoyable!!
Everyone worked really hard on the group project and we supported each other - great feeling!! In the AC, most ppl were rather competitive, but for the most part, your own opinions were heard.
The HR team did a fab job! They arranged a dinner with rotating partners - great idea! PwC invested in us, I was honored to be there. Application process prep.
We had sooo much to do! Tests, practise AC, real ACs, presentations, etc. etc. Not much sleep!
I was there on the Insight academy, so no responsibility was given.
Business skills, definitely! Presentation. Networking. Insight into professional services. AC prep.
The Company
I wasn't in the office. I was at a hotel in the suburbs.
VERY well organized! We got a schedule and it was followed closely.
We only had three days -- all they did was invest in us. We really didn't do anything for them.
Very appealing. However, I didn't pass the written exercise, but I am given a second chance in October to re-do the AC.
The Culture
Yeah. PwC HR team liked to hang out with us :) Everyone was friendly
We were at a hotel, far out in the suburbs.
Only three days...
