Everyone was friendly, even the staff! You do some team bonding and can make really good friends.
Support received is amazing, you are treated like a new Graduate. At the same time you are able to have enough freedom to develop yourself.
We are busy enough, it is a very elite course.

A LOT! I've learnt about my strengths, what I can do to develop other aspects of my character. As well as, how I relate to people and true importance team works has.

A lot of investment is given to you. The whole point of the academy is to find out about you and your strengths.
