The Role
It was a great fun, I looked forward to my work every day.
Colleagues were friendly and tried to include me in everything they were doing.
My manager gave me a very high degree of freedom, but was always eager to help.
Usually I stayed at work overtime, not because I had to, but because i wanted to.
My project was open-ended, which means that I decided myself what to do.
The skills will probably be extremely useful, even essential, in my future employment.
The Company
It was very relaxed.
There were some hiccups, but generally there weren't any real problems.
I had a few days of training.
Subsidised/Company Gym
I think I will be able to get a job.
The Culture
It was OK, but only a handful of students actually wanted to socialise.
Surprisingly, average beer price was even higher than London.
Can't really comment, we spent nights sleeping usually.
ARM offered many external activities.
