The Role
i would recommend everyone to do a placement, it is a brilliant opportunity and the amount that i learnt is more than i expected.
i fit in very well with my colleagues and I found it very easy to ask anyone for help.
any problems that I had were dealt with straight away.
During year end and the last few months i found myself very busy.
I was given responsibility on the same level as a permenant member of staff.
I learnt alot more than just financial skills that will help at university, I gained skills that helped me improve my confidence and experience of working life.
The Company
we did have our fun days but was a general office.
I impressed with the set up and the attention the placement students were given.
The students were treated brilliantly and the company were given alot of help. we also were sent to many training days which were held just for students.
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I need to apply externally but the one year experience will certainly give a great advantage.
The Culture
we has alot of nights out and birthday meals which helped ease the working atmosphere.
alot of money was spent of petrol and lunch.
brilliant!
I took part in helping around the hospital and meeting people outside of work.
