The Role
The internship was very well structured and allowed great interaction between the different interns and senior members at the firm.
We continually reviewed the work to see how I was progressing and completing tasks.
We had our daily tasks to do but then also some were project driven which meant that I was very busy some days whilst others was a bit more quiet.
Some skills were very particular to the jobs at hand but other than that you pick up valuable skills od communication, conducting presentations and teamwork.
The Company
My department was pretty lively.
The internship was very well organised with a lot of events organised for interns as well as structured work on the desk.
The team sat with me to talk me through the processes and taught me how they worked whilst the firms huge bank of material on the intranet menat there were unlimited resources.
They encourage moving up within the firm.
The Culture
Interns went out together
Central London so what do you expect.
Great
Although work hours were quite long there were a lot of events organised after hours
