    • The experience was invaluable and will really help me in the future

    • Very much on a regualr basis, it was always clear where you were heading.

    • Genereally always busy in a good way, and very occasionally too busy, but from experience no more so than any other business.

    • You are encouraged to think for yourself, and make your own decsions.

    • Dealing with difficult customers and managing yourself and the team alike has given me invaluable experience.

    • great atmosphere in the branch, fun always had but never compromised on the quality of work that needed to be done.

    • Well organised regualr training and social events all at company expense. Goals were always clear with your own training folder.

    • Very much so although they know your only there for a year or so, they still keen on trainign and developing you until the end.
