The Role
Members on my team were friendly and approachable - very proactive in letting me go and visit other desks to get a wider view of the business
Contributed to real projects
Good level of support - asking lots of questions was encouraged to ensure I fully understood the work
Very busy but manageable work load
Fairly autonomous after a couple of weeks
I think it will be a an extrememly good experience to talk about in future interviews

My team clearly had thought about the variety of work that I would be able to contribute to on arrival
