The Role
The work was not that exciting, but everything else was great.
I was informed my work would be used by future employees
Colleagues were frequently available to help me
Work progressed at a reasonable pace. I was never pressurised to complete work, but was able to fill my time adequately.
My responsibility was for my own project only
Technically, I haven't improved significantly, and training was limited
The Company
My office was generally very enjoyable to work in
I never noticed the organisation, or any lack of it, which would suggest it worked well.
There was limited personal investment, even though I did learn some about the work.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
It would depend on how the work I did related to day to day activities. As a company, it was great
The Culture
Initially, the interns made a big effort to meet up regularly, but this tailed off slightly.
My living costs were reduced by living at home
Cambridge is hardly the party town of the world.
The company ran various activities through set-ups like Team ARM.
