The Role
Work was varied and it meant that the placement was enjoyable.
I felt valued, but sometimes it's hard when being an intern to be taken seriously.
A very good counsellor support system.
The work was very varied, I spent half of the placement doing nothing, and then the other half was of a good level.
Fair bit of responsibility but it varies depending on what work you are being given to do.
The skills learnt were extremely useful and will stay with me throughout my life.
The Company
Good atmosphere, although spend a lot of it working at client site.
It was still being worked out as it's a fairly new placement, but regardless it was still well planned.
Lots of training and development through the counsellor system.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very good.
The Culture
Very similar people, and all live together.
London is very expensive.
Too expensive, or non existence.
