The Role
The work isn't necessarily hard, but long hours really were a nightmare
colleagues were friendly but we all had to work very long days.
Manager was in the branch which was good.
Too busy and not enough help when needed.
You were responsible for some customers, and clients, also dropping them around, but made to feel guilty if you took a long time in doing so.
The job just made me think I'd rather not have a career in this line of work
The Company
Atmosphere would become 'heavy' when area managers were over your back all the time.
Set up well, and fairly well structured
They did invest time into you, but if you don't like the long hours i.e. over 50 hours per week, then you don't really want anymore time at work doing training and development.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Nothing much with other placement students, apart from training days
With the long hours, you usually would get no more than 6 nights off per month as you had to work every other sat.
