The Role
It's a good job, but it's challenging!
All the IP students get on great!
I was given a lot of start-up help, and help is there when I need it but I've been left to get on with what I'm doing independantly.
Working the way GSK does has its benefits. If something's getting too much, take a break, have a walk, get a drink! The hours were quite flexible so you can fit in when you want to do it.
As mentioned before, my initial project was completely my own!
The Company
Other students were great and kept the place alive!
They have a lot of students so they know what they're doing.
I've been on multiple training courses already, and more booked in for the future.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
It's good, and it's competitive to get a place, but for a personal choice I think I'd like to try a company within the IT sector.
The Culture
Not just your own site we're we did a lot, but all sites had meetups too for nights out and paintballing etc!
Living in Brentford/Chiswick was expensive and took the majority of my monthly paycheck.
Just jump on the tube to central london!
