The Role
Fantastic staff throughout company, however there is a lack of variety in the job and a lot of forced overtime only paid at basic rate.
Very friendly staff who all worked hard.
Managers are willing to help if your have problems and are approachable
Far too busy, constantly rushed. 11 hour + days with 30 minute unpaid break sometimes to busy to take lunch.
Occasionally managed the office.
Unrelated to my degree but have developed my organisational skills and customer service which are important in any job and i have also developed excellent work ethic.

The Culture
Not amonst placement students however i did socialise with some colleagues out of work and at work parties.
2 football matches organised and one day out.
