  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Overall, I enjoyed my placement experience.

    • At all times.

    • My BDM was always there for support and management was easily approachable

    • I was busy the majority of the time but did have days when there was not much to do.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I was given responsibility for orders from initial enquiry through to the final delivery of the product. So I was responsible for making sure that clients were happy with the products.

    • Although the placement was not directly linked to my degree course it will improve my employability.

    • Friendly envrionment, everyone gets on well.

    • Very well organised in terms of accommodation and structure of the placement as each intern is paired with a BDM.

    • Training in the first two weeks of placement

    • It was a good experience but I personally would not like a career in sales.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • We went out pretty much every weekend

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • The cost of living was higher than university but I managed to get by.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?

    • Maidenhead nightlife is awful! But we went to Windsor and Reading which are nearby and was only £10 return taxi each.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?

    • The boys play football twice a week and there are few gymnasiums which some interns have joined
