The Role
Amazing amounts of responsibility, great colleagues and intern buddies and fantastic projects.
Given great projects and totally respected within the team.
Fantastic manager with great vision and past experience of dealing with interns.
Started off quiet but picked up and then plenty to do... some people found the work too much, but if you're able to learn on the job you'll be fine.
Given my own projects to run and maintain.
Could not recommend this placement enough. Absolutely love the place, the people, the culture and everything about it.
The Company
Great team with lively characters, containing a good balance of work and play... some good night outs too! Always willing to help out with any problems or sort things out.
A really good team got us settled in and sorted out in Reading... you'll be given guides for where to live but you'll need to find your own accommodation and house mates (although there are lots of interns and plenty of time to get sorted).
So much! Free MS training for all interns if you want it, plus a whole wealth of managers at your finger tips always willing to go for coffee and a chat.

Depends on how you do during your year... if you're passionate with a spark you've got every chance of coming back, but nothing is guaranteed. Give it your all during the year!
The Culture
A great lot of interns with a fantastic community spirit. Your team may/may not be particularly social but you always have your student buddies to fall back on to go out with. Never miss a chance to network though...
If you're not used to Southern prices you're in for a shock... Reading is slightly pricey even for the South, but you'll have plenty to go out on and live at a decent standard! Reading has some pretty cheap nights out if you know where to go.
Reading is quite nice, plenty of clubs and bars.
Absolutely loads of clubs and societies to get involved in. A great chance to meet others in the company.
