The Role
This internship was very hard but very interesting at the same time.
I was given an important project and was treated just like another employee.
I was given some support however I was expected to work stuff out for myself and some aspects of the project were very ambiguous.
My task was a large one so I was always very busy
I was given a large responcability : travel to other sites, plan and conduct lab tests, orgainse and run meetings ,presentations, report writing ,site visits etc.
This placement was tough but i feel equipped with valuable skills that will set me up well for the 'real world'
The Company
was a friendly atmosphere at times, could get quite serious though. It very much depends on your the team you work with.
The project I was given was quite ambiguous ,however HR where great and interns are well catered for

The Culture

Derby halls were cheap and the cost of living was too
