  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I have really enjoyed working here - I definatly want to come back!

    • As soon as I arrived I felt part of the team

    • My line manager and others in the group were very keen to help me develop over the internship

    • There was always work to be done - careful planning was definatly needed.

    • I was given my objectives at the start of the internship, it was then up to me to get stuff done! If I did need help however, people were around to ask.

    • Just knowing how to think about research is going to be very useful.

    • friendly and relaxed

    • There were no problems at all in this area.

    • I was shown new techniques, allowed to use new equipment and given full training at the beginning of the internship.

    • lived with other interns - great fun.

    • stuff is cheep up here!

    • Had some good nights out.

    • played 5-a-side football with guys from around the site - was a good way of meeting people.
