The Role
I was given significant tasks from day one, tasks in which it was easy to see where my work would contribute to the overall project.
Freedom to ask any questions to anyone and there was always someone willing to assist or provide a demonstration.
I was actively involved in the team's work throughout the internship and while there were some hectic periods these were manageable.
Working in a professional environment and learning valuable people skills will assist me in all future endeavours. Specifically, learning about investment in such an applied manner was very enjoyable and will assist me in my continuing studies.
The Company
Always very friendly.
It was very easy to integrate into my team and make a valued contribution. The work was very well structured and always available to me.
Given excel and general office training in a full induction day at the beginning of the internship.

Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The Culture
Yes, great group of people all of a similar mindset.
Mercer run a cricket and football game on a weekly basis that is funded by the company and anyone can turn up!
