The Role
Enjoyed the huge responsibility however was not completely the job I thought I was going in to.
Treated like a full time employee due to the nature of my job and the responsibilities that followed.
Manager would always support me if I needed assistance, guidance or backing. Also gave me additional jobs outside the job role in order for me to gain experience in other activities (i.e. marketing campaigns, field sales work)
Last 4 months were hectic, but first couple of months were fairly quiet. Always good being too busy though
Salesforce were coming to me for support on issues with their sales CRM systems (salesforce.com and BigMachines) and I had the authority to make decisions on how to deal with them.
Xerox have so many online courses for you to do - they are really useful! Have learnt so much in terms of IT, CRM systems, marketing and sales experience.
The Company
Good office banter with colleagues. Open office plan so sitting near top level management too.
Quite unorganised, especially the recruitment process.
Online courses very useful.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Not a genuine graduate scheme but apparently there are plans to re-introduce them
The Culture
50 students in Uxbridge so was almost like University social life, just add on Work.
Just outside central london - expensive but affordable (approx 100£ a week)
Uxbridge isnt great however 45 minute tube into London which is amazing
Joined a Goals league with some co-workers.
