The Role
The work and people enabled the internship to be successful for me.
Welcomed into the team from day 1.
Feedback review organised for the end of each week. Managers regulary checked to see if I was getting on ok.
Enough work to get me through the day and not to work long hours. Work/Life balance highly emphasised.
Entering data into the master spreadsheet, where a wrong figure could lead to potentially large penalty.
Improved upon professional skills and how to deal with certain situations in a specifc manner.
The Company
Fun, easy going, not stressful
HR provided us with timetables as well as invited us to events via email which reminded us about events. Everything was always on time and the equipment required for the event was always there.
Training and development emphasis is on the actual graduate role where they pay for your qualification and provide you with a personal development budget.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
The Culture
Bars, restaurants were pretty expensive.
