The Role
I had so much fun on my internship, was given interesting work and sat worked with a fantastic group of people.
Everybody I spoke to and worked with treated me like a true part of the team and not like an inexperienced intern.
Despite my line manager being on holiday for some of my placement, the rest of the team offered their help and guidance whenever I needed it.
I was assigned a project and other work so was always busy, never bored.
The responsibility I had on my project meant I was in full control of what I did. It wasn't too much responsibility for my lack of experience however
Project management skills, time management and effective communications formed the basis of my internship. These skills will always be invaluable.
The Company
Everybody spoke, but at times was quiet as it was a small office.
Good overall set up but sometimes poor communication meant confused details about events etc.
We had a week of initial training, extra excel courses and e-learning available upon request.
Company Parties/Events
A lovely place to wokr, great culture!
The Culture
Everybody was friendly and socialised well
Lunch/ drinks aren't cheap but it's what you expect from central London
Mainly just pubs around the working area, but interns went out together in different areas
Some activites were run by graduates, and sports organised by other areas of the organisation, but would like to see more clubs.
