The Role
Got up each day wanting to go to work, always a good sign.
Every member of my team helped me at some point over the 10 weeks.
The support was a good balance between independence and guidance.
The last two weeks were quite quiet but before then I was always busy.
As I was in a client facing department it was sometimes hard to get involved with day to day work, but my team tried to include me where possible.
I learnt a lot that I can take in to a graduate job.
The Company
Friendly, peaceful atmosphere (most of the time).
The initial training was excellent, information was quite slow in coming about the hiring process towards the end of the internship.
Absolutely, the internship was focused on me learning rather than me adding value.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Waiting for confirmation about headcount, but looking good.
The Culture
60 interns, really good crowd.
Very expensive, all food/drink was very costly.
Great fun but again expensive.
Could play softball and basketball
